I believe that while there are many triggers/agents of social change, the stage at which India is, there is a crucial role to be played by the youth in the State. And, one such role is of Civil Servants.
Teaching and guiding Civil Service aspirants has been an area of special interest for me since the days I myself started preparing for the Civil Service Exam. The sense of impact on the lives of the aspirants and the contribution in national development through these future civil servants is a large source of satisfaction and meaning in my professional and personal life, in addition to my own direct role in the civil service.
